A letter from students of the Polish Elementary School and Kindergarten in Karviná has reached our editorial office. Let it be an inspiration to our other schools as well. In the column "Głosik” there will be room for any of your interesting correspondence.
SINGING, OR THE THIRD DARKOV TREASURE
Polish choral singing has resounded in Darkov for 115 years. The "Lira” Mixed Choir, which operates as part of the Darkov Local Chapter of the Polish Cultural and Educational Association, organized an anniversary concert at the Spa House on Sunday.
THE 27TH CINEMA ON THE BORDER: A GREAT EDITION BEHIND US
The 27th Cinema on the Border Film Review in Cieszyn and Český Těšín is behind us. The final chord of the event was the Sunday pre-premiere screening of "Prześwit”, directed by Magdalena Pięta.
SPECIALTY: GOAL HUNTER
14 goals and 11 assists – this is the score that 24-year-old FK Trinec offensive player Lukáš Cienciala can boast in the third league season so far. A one-actor show-off was given by Cienciala in a recent home game against Blansko, won 6:0. The Spartak Jablonkov alumni scored four goals and also attached two assists. A soccer chad? By all means! In an interview with "Głos”, however, the wing midfielder did not "star” at all, he commented to our newspaper with great humility about his sensational season.
