"VACATION IN ZAOLZIE”: CHILDREN’S JOY KNOWS NO BOUNDS
"Vacation in Zaolzie” has begun. The first session took place in Sucha Górna at the end of June and beginning of July. This week, the day camps are in full swing in five towns. On Wednesday, we stopped by Bystrzyca, where the theme of the week is the legends of Cieszyn Silesia. 

BAGINIEC HAS A NEW OWNER! IT WAS PURCHASED BY MARIAN ŁACEK FROM GRÓDEK
The former school building in Baginiec, which for years served as a place of learning, camps, and Starry Gatherings, will remain in Polish hands. Marian Łacek, a businessman from Gródek, has become the new owner. The only thing remaining before the official takeover of the property is a formal resolution by the School Association in RC, which is scheduled to be adopted in early September. The organization was the previous owner of the building. "I would like to restore this building to the condition it was in the past,” Marian Łacek announced.

Alexandr Gajdzica, a native of Trzyń, is a teacher of Czech language and literature by training. He works as a teacher at a private elementary school in Kocobędz. Previously, he taught Czech children in the Romanian Banat region—descendants of Czech settlers from the first half of the 19th century.
